SN50是一种可渗透细胞的NF-κB抑制肽。SN50序列含有转录因子NFκB p50的核定位信号(NLS残基360-369),其与一段肽细胞通透性序列相连,即Kaposi成纤维细胞生长因子(K-FGF)信号肽上的疏水区域(h区)。 SN50肽可抑制NF-κB活性复合物转运至细胞核内。
