生化/生理作用

2′,3′-cGAMP (环化[G(2′,5′)pA(3′,5′)p]) 是STING(干扰素基因激活剂)途径的天然兴奋剂,被发现是抗病毒先天免疫途径。2′3′-cGAMP是在哺乳动物细胞中,由胞质DNA传感器(CGAMP合成酶)通过结合STING,启动干扰素应答,激活先天免疫途径,而产生的二级信使。 2′3′-cGAMP和人STING亲和性比和细菌 3′3′-环化二核苷酸(CDNs)要高得多,1Kd是4.59 nMSTING,相比之下,结合细菌3′3′-CDNs是>1 μM。
2′,3′-cGAMP是hSTING的天然兴奋剂;二级信使环化二核苷酸。
