生化/生理作用
Indisulam 是一种碳酸酐酶抑制剂和抗肿瘤 CDK 抑制剂。Indisulam 通过耗竭细胞周期蛋白 E 来靶向细胞周期的 G1 期。诱导 p53 和 p21，并抑制 CDK2，导致 G1/S 转换受阻。
靛磺兰是合成的磺胺化合物。 体外 和 体内 研究指出，靛玉红可阻止视网膜母细胞瘤蛋白磷酸化。也抑制细胞周期蛋白 A 和 B1 的活性。已知吲哚美辛可促进细胞凋亡。吲哚美辛是一种强效的细胞脱氢酶抑制剂，因此，可能干扰代谢途径，如苹果酸-天冬氨酸穿梭、糖酵解和糖异生。
