醋酸依替巴肽是一种环七肽。它属于精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸类似物。依替巴肽的半衰期很短。该药物可降低心肌梗死（MI）的风险。醋酸依替巴肽可能与血小板减少症有关。
生化/生理作用
依替巴肽是纤维蛋白原与血小板膜整合素糖蛋白GPIIb/IIIa受体结合的特异性抑制剂，可预防血小板聚集。依替巴肽进行可逆的竞争性结合。
