生化/生理作用

棓黄素是乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的抑制剂。该化合物阻断(LDH-A 和 -B)的两种同种型,Ki 值分别为 5.5 和 15 μM。通过棓黄素抑制糖酵解途径可诱导乳腺肿瘤细胞系发生氧化应激和细胞凋亡。
