生化/生理作用

淫羊藿素是从淫羊藿中分离得到的一种淫羊藿黄酮成分，它通过抑制 PPAR-g 通路促进间充质干细胞 (MSCs) 向成骨细胞分化，同时抑制 MSCs 的成脂分化。淫羊藿素对 MSCs 增殖无影响。此外，淫羊藿素最有可能通过调节 MAPK/ERK/JNK 和 JAK2/STAT3/AKT 信号，有效抑制慢性髓样白血病 (CML) 和乳腺癌细胞增殖。淫羊藿素与其它黄酮类化合物一样，可能具有雌激素样活性。
淫羊藿素增强间充质干细胞 (MSCs) 的成骨细胞分化。可能具有类雌激素活性。
