灵芝酸A(Ganoderic Acid A)或GAA是灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)真菌中最丰富的三萜类物质之一。GAA的化学结构中有四个环，在支链上有一个双键和一个末端羧基。
应用
灵芝酸A已用于：
- 研究其对缺氧诱导大鼠心肌细胞(H9c2)损伤的保护作用
- 作为参考标准品，研究其对豇豆植物中花生芽坏死病毒(GBNV)的抑制和抗病毒作用
- 作为傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱技术的标准品，分析灵芝来源的次级代谢物
生化/生理作用
灵芝酸A(GAA)可改善高脂饲料(HFD)喂养小鼠的脂质代谢、肠道菌群组成和高脂血症。它在多项体外研究中被证明可作为抗癌药物，抑制乳腺癌、人肝细胞癌细胞和骨肉瘤的细胞增殖。灵芝酸A对脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)大鼠模型具有抗抑郁样行为、炎症和神经损伤的神经保护作用。还具有抗人免疫缺陷型病毒(HIV-1)活性。
