二烯丙基三硫(DATS)是存在于大蒜(Allium sativum)和洋葱等葱属植物中的有机硫化物。这种富硫化物由其代谢前体大蒜素(Allicin)快速分解而成。
应用
二烯丙基三硫(DATS)已用于研究其对空肠弯曲菌(Campylobacter jejuni)的抗菌作用。还用于检测其对肝切除(PHx)大鼠的肝脏再生作用。
