General description
在非还原条件下，它以约70 kDa的五聚体形式迁移，与霍乱毒素B亚基（CTXB）的五聚化一致。
相比于天然CTXB，该产品的优势在于它不含霍乱弧菌，也没有受到高毒性霍乱毒素A亚基的污染。该产品在人HEK 293细胞中表达为C-端his标签蛋白，计算分子量为13 kDa（氨基酸Thr22-Asn124）。
该蛋白是重组蛋白，因此不含有高毒性的霍乱毒素A亚基。

从0.22 μm过滤的PBS溶液(pH7.4)中冻干。
