一般描述
本品含有纤维素酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶和半纤维素酶,适用于将纤维素分解为可发酵糖。 本品对各种预处理的木质纤维生物质材料有效,可在发酵前将这些材料中的碳水化合物转化为单糖,以供生物燃料研究使用。
纤维素酶是糖苷水解酶家族的成员,可由许多纤维素分解菌产生。
应用
纤维素酶是一种酶混合物,已被用于酶促水解。
生化/生理作用
纤维素酶可将不溶性植物纤维素聚合物底物分解成可溶性糖,主要是纤维二糖和葡萄糖。它能够特异性催化纤维素中β-1,4糖苷键的水解。动物本身不能消化纤维素,但是在肠道微生物的帮助下可以消化。
