一般描述
Monoclonal Anti-ATG101 (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the hybridoma ATG101-15 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with a synthetic peptide. Atg101 is conserved in humans and several eukaryotes. It is not conserved in yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. ATG101 gene is located on the human chromosome at 12q13.13.

Anti- ATG101 recognizes human ATG101.

synthetic peptide corresponding to an internal sequence of human ATG101, conjugated to KLH. The corresponding sequence is identical in mouse, rat, monkey, canine and bovine ATG101.

Monoclonal Anti-ATG101 antibody produced in mouse is suitable for use in immunoblotting and immunoprecipitation.

Atg101 is a mammalian autophagy-related 13 (Atg13) binding protein essential for autophagy. It is associated with the Unc-51 like autophagy activating kinase 1 (ULK1), Atg13, focal adhesion kinase (FAK) family kinase-interacting protein of 200 kDa (FIP200) complex via direct interaction with Atg13. Autophagy is an evolutionarily conserved pathway seen in all eukaryotic cells.

储存及稳定性
For continuous use, store at 2-8°C for up to one month. For extended storage, freeze at -20oC in working aliquots. Repeated freezing and thawing,or storage in “frost-free” freezers,is not recommended. If slight turbidity occurs upon prolonged storage, clarify the solution by centrifugation before use. Working dilution samples should be discarded if not used within 12 hours.
