General description
单克隆抗EpCAM ICD抗体(小鼠IgG1亚型)来源于4A7 杂交瘤细胞,该杂交瘤细胞是由鼠骨髓瘤细胞与对应于人EpCAM胞内结构域、与KLH偶联合成肽免疫的BALB/c 小鼠脾细胞相互融合而产生的。上皮细胞粘附分子 (EpCAM) 是一种由外功能区、跨膜结构域和胞浆结构域组成的上皮细胞跨膜糖蛋白。EpCAM通常在人恶性肿瘤、正常干细胞和祖细胞中表达,在上皮细胞中表达水平较低。
Immunogen
合成肽对应于人 EpCAM 的胞内结构域,与 KLH 缀合。采用小鼠单克隆抗体分型试剂(Sigma ISO-2),通过 ELISA 测定了同种型。
