General description
巢蛋白/NES属于中间丝(IF)蛋白家族的成员。在未成熟的神经上皮和祖细胞类型中发现其表达。这个240 kDa的蛋白质包含最短的头部结构域(N末端)和一个长的尾部结构域(C末端)。巢蛋白位于人染色体1q23.1。
