General description
细胞骨髓细胞瘤病（c-myc）基因位于人染色体8q24上，它是最初从禽类骨髓细胞瘤病毒中分离的v-myc基因的细胞同源物。c-myc是MYC基因家族的成员。c-Myc基因可编码碱性螺旋- 环-螺旋/亮氨酸拉链（bHLH/LZ）转录因子，该转录因子可调节G1-S细胞周期转变。
