生化/生理作用
NLR家族含pyri结构域蛋白6(NLRP6)在先天免疫中起作用。它也通过调节自噬和粘液分泌维持肠道稳态。已有研究证明NLRP6缺失可阻碍大鼠中白细胞介素-18(IL-18)的产生,并增进大鼠上皮诱导损伤的易感性。
