生化/生理作用
来自金黄色葡萄球菌的葡萄球菌肠毒素A是引起食物中毒的主要病原体。浓度低至0.5 mg/ml就足以导致恶心、呕吐、腹泻和痉挛。8 它能刺激外周血淋巴细胞的增殖,诱导干扰素的产生,对抵抗金黄色葡萄球菌感染的肠道免疫具有重要作用。9 它是T淋巴细胞的超级抗原。
