生化/生理作用
西维来司钠是一种竞争性人中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶 (HNE) 抑制剂 (IC50 = 44 nM,Ki = 0.2 μM)。它也抑制从兔、大鼠、仓鼠和小鼠中获得的白细胞弹性蛋白酶(IC50 = 19 至 49 nM)。但即使在 100 μM 时,它也不抑制胰蛋白酶、凝血酶、纤溶酶、血浆激肽释放酶、胰激肽释放酶、糜蛋白酶和组织蛋白酶 G。在体内研究中,它抑制仓鼠肺出血(ID50=82 μMg/kg)气管内给药和静脉给药增加豚鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性 (ID50 = 9.6 mg/kg),均由人中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶诱导。
