Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

作用机制:壮观霉素通过与细菌30S核糖体亚基结合并干扰肽基tRNA易位而抑制蛋白质合成和延伸。

抗性机制:rpsE(核糖体蛋白S5的基因)突变可阻止壮观霉素的结合。氨基糖苷-3′-腺苷转移酶基因(aadA)也能使细菌产生抗性。

抗菌谱:壮观霉素能够对抗革兰氏阴性和革兰氏阳性菌。
