一般描述

水杨酸钠是阿司匹林中的活性成分,阿司匹林是解热,消炎镇痛常用药物。大量服用水杨酸钠会引起暂时听力丧失和耳鸣。使用水杨酸钠长期治疗会长期降低耳蜗分泌,降低体内化合物活性电位幅度和体外神经退化。杏仁外侧核水杨酸钠处理后会改变音调和兴奋性,导致听觉皮层过度活动。水杨酸钠能够减弱细胞内-Finkel−Biskis−Jinkins鼠成骨肉瘤病毒(c-fos)表达和海马区域 δ-FosB蛋白质,影响空间记忆和学习。水杨酸钠影响大脑齿状回区域神经发生。

应用

水杨酸钠可用于:
  • 诱导大鼠耳鸣,高敏样行为以及和杏仁体直接融合,检测区域场电位。
  • 通过脉冲前抑制行为(PPI),来诱导和确定耳鸣。通过Morris水迷宫测试确定它对对于学习和记忆的抑制作用,以及之后的大鼠基因表达研下丘背皮质的听觉反应究。
  • 用来增强γ氨基酸丁酸(GABA)能抑制,增强下丘背皮质(ICd)的听觉反应,可以通过微离子电泳技术检测。
