MISSION® siRNA转染试剂适于转染siRNA到真核细胞，可实现≥90%的基因沉默达到瞬时基因敲除的效果。
使用低浓度的siRNA (1 nM)即可有效地沉默基因并降低脱靶效应。siRNA转染试剂以无菌溶液的形式提供，兼容血清和抗生素。

基因沉默实验：采用24孔板、8.4 ng的21-mer荧光素酶siRNA、2 μL MISSION® siRNA转染试剂转染稳定表达萤火虫荧光素酶的A549细胞系。在存在血清的条件下分成三等分开展实验。转染后48小时，对细胞裂解液之中的荧光素酶表达情况进行评估。
