一般描述

Sigma GenElute^™ 总RNA纯化试剂盒用于从培养的动物细胞、组织样本、血液、血浆、血清、细菌、酵母、真菌、植物和病毒中快速分离和纯化总RNA。该试剂盒可纯化任何大小的RNA，从较大的mRNA和rRNA到miRNA和小干扰RNA (siRNA)均可纯化。该试剂盒无需使用苯酚或氯仿即可从蛋白等其他细胞组分中优先纯化出RNA。纯化得到的RNA完整性高，适用于多种下游应用，比如实时定量PCR、逆转录PCR、Northern杂交、RNase保护、引物延伸及表达阵列分析。
