生化/生理作用
瘦素是脂肪细胞分泌的激素。它主要参与食物摄入量和能量平衡的调节。瘦素启动子的变化会改变血清瘦素和 HDLC 的浓度,这可能导致肥胖。血清瘦素浓度增加会导致冠状动脉疾病(CAD)患者的动脉僵硬。
