生化/生理作用
脂联素（ADIPOQ） 是一种在血浆中循环的脂肪细胞特异性分泌蛋白。该蛋白质具有羧基末端的球状结构域和氨基末端的胶原结构域。它具有抗动脉粥样硬化和抗炎特性。ADIPOQ 在能量稳态和肥胖等生理过程中发挥作用。它通过与脂联素受体 AdipoR1 和 AdipoR2 相互作用表现出抗糖尿病作用。低水平的脂联素也与高血压和血脂异常有关。编码它的基因突变与子宫内膜癌的风险有关。
