来自米曲霉的核糖核酸酶T1(RNase T1)是一种内切核糖核酸酶,其可在G残基后进行水解。切割发生在胍核糖核苷酸的3'-磷酸基团和相邻核苷酸的5'-羟基之间。初始产物为2':3'环磷酸核苷,其可水解成相应的3'-核苷磷酸。它与胰腺RNase的不同之处在于它可特异性攻击鸟嘌呤位点以产生具有3′-GMP末端基团的3′-GMP和寡核苷酸。
