醋酸巴泽多昔芬已被用于研究其在抑制白介素6(IL-6)/IL-6R/糖蛋白130途径中的功效,及其对髓母细胞瘤细胞的作用。

生化/生理作用

苯卓昔芬属于第三代非甾体选择性雌激素受体调节剂(SERM),在临床上用于治疗绝经后骨质疏松。苯卓昔芬可以IC50 = 26 nM与雌激素受体-α结合,这与雷洛昔芬相似,但低于17-β雌二醇的亲和力。 苯卓昔芬并不能刺激MCF-7细胞的增殖,反而会以IC50 = 0.19 nM抑制17β -雌二醇诱导的增殖,表现出了理想的激动剂/拮抗剂活性。
