一般描述
S1P1 (sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1) is one of the transmembrane G protein coupled receptor. It is a member of the endothelial differentiation gene (EDG) family of receptors, hence it is also known as endothelial differentiation gene (EDG-1). It is located on chromosome 1p21.
免疫原
a 14 amino acid peptide near the carboxy-terminus of the human S1P1.
生化/生理作用
S1P1 (sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1) acts as an anti-apoptotic/pro-proliferative protein in AML (acute myeloid leukemia) cells. It participates in angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis. It is considered as a pro-tumorigenic receptor, as it induces migration of cancer cell and invasion along with tumor neovascularization.
联系
The action of this antibody can be blocked using blocking peptide SBP4809.

High altitude exposure alters biochemical, metabolic, and physiological features of heart and skeletal muscles, and hence has pathological consequences in these tissues. Central to these hypoxia-associated biochemical/metabolic shuffling are energy deficit accumulation of free radicals and ensuing oxidative damage in
