ST2(致癌抑制因子)属于细胞因子IL-1家族。它也称为 IL-33(白细胞介素33)和IL1RL1(白细胞介素1受体样1)。它在巨噬细胞和各种炎症细胞(如辅助性T细胞2(Th2))、肥大细胞、嗜碱细胞和嗜酸粒细胞中表达。它位于染色体2q12。
免疫原
与小鼠ST2氨基末端16个氨基酸对应的合成肽。该肽序列在三种已知的ST2同种型中共有。
应用
抗-ST2已被用于免疫组化、蛋白质印迹和免疫荧光染色。
生化/生理作用
ST2(致瘤性抑制)参与哮喘、关节炎、肥胖、动脉粥样硬化等多种疾病的病理生理。它在嗜酸性粒细胞、纤维细胞、内皮细胞中起丝裂原的作用。它有助于Th2淋巴细胞、纤维细胞和内皮细胞的迁移,并可干扰乳腺肿瘤的侵袭和转移。
