General description

Toll样受体(TLR)是在免疫细胞和非免疫细胞表面表达的跨膜受体。至少有13种不同的TLR已被鉴定出可在组织损伤和细菌感染过程中介导导致急性炎症过程的信号通路。 TLR2可被多种炎症介质因子高度诱导,从而导致转录因子NF-κB介导的促炎细胞因子的移位以及免疫反应
