The epitope recognized by PLA0146 maps to a region between residue 75 and 125 of human BRG1/SMARCA4 using the numbering given in entry NP_003063.2 (GeneID 6597).

Other Notes

The SWI/SNF-related, matrix-associated, actin-dependent regulators of chromatin (SMARC), also called BRG1-associated factors (BAFs), have been identified as components of the human SWI/SNF-like chromatin-remodeling protein complexes. BRG1/SMARCA4 is an ATPase subunit of the SWI/SNF-A chromatin remodeling complex (BAF complex). In BAF complexes, BRG1/SMARCA4 has been shown to interact with BRCA1.
