其他说明
所有缓冲液的pH值都与温度和浓度有关。对于 Tris 缓冲液，温度每降低 1°C，pH 就会增加约 0.03 单位，每稀释 10 倍，pH 会降低 0.03-0.05 单位。对于一些精准的应用，请使用经过仔细校准的pH计和玻璃/甘汞组合电极。
