嘌呤能受体P2X7是ATP门控阳离子通道。它在视网膜色素上皮和神经视网膜中表达。编码该蛋白的基因位于人类12号染色体上。

生化/生理作用
嘌呤能受体P2X7在免疫过程中起作用。它在病理条件下的氧化应激中起作用。 该通道允许Na+、Ca2+和K+通过。在某些病理条件下,通道长时间激活会导致大分子通过,最终导致细胞死亡。P2X7可参与白介素1β(IL-1)的释放,间接引发炎症级联反应。
外形
从含有1%牛血清白蛋白和0.05%叠氮化钠的磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 7.4)中冻干。
储存及稳定性
复溶前,–20°C储存。复溶后,抗体储备溶液可在2–8°C储存两周。若需延长储存时间,可将溶液按使用量分装后在-20°C下冻存。不建议反复冻融。不建议在无霜冰箱中储存。使用前离心所有抗体制剂(10000 x g,5 min)。若工作稀释样品在12小时内未使用完,则应丢弃。
