一般描述
在检测的每个真核细胞中,CDK均含有16个氨基酸组成的进化保守序列PSTAIR(EGVPSTAIREISLLKE),是区别其他蛋白激酶的标志。 PSTAIR基序与周期蛋白共同参与复合物形成。 特异性针对PSTAIR序列的单克隆抗体适用多种生物,可对各种CDK进行亚细胞水平的检测和定位,并可用于研究CDK底物相互作用。
抗-PSTAIR(小鼠IgG1亚型)单克隆抗体来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和BALB/c小鼠脾细胞相互融合而产生的PSTAIR杂交瘤。细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶1(CDC2/CDK1)属于Ser/Thr蛋白激酶家族。 位于人类染色体10q21。
