生化/生理作用

磷酸肌酸(Phosphocreatine)因其在肌酸激酶作用下的最快再生形式而广为人知,起到临时能量缓冲器的作用。磷酸肌酸存在于肌肉组织中,在维持肌肉细胞的能量稳态中起重要作用。
磷酸肌酸二钠盐水合物可用于研究鼻咽癌细胞和诱发的暂时性心脏骤停。它也用于评估伏隔核中腺苷A(2A)受体调节对大鼠可卡因寻求行为的影响。
磷酸肌酸是脊椎动物和某些无脊椎动物肌肉的高能磷酸基储蓄池,提供ADP-ATP转换所需磷酸。
