1,2-二酰基-sn-甘油-3-磷酸-L-丝氨酸用于:
- 作为脂质标准品,用于飞行时间二次离子质谱(ToF-SIMS)谱指纹
- 作为参考标准品,用薄层色谱法(TLC)定量 ACM 处理成纤维细胞的脂质。(ACM:星形胶质细胞条件培养液)
- 作为单层大泡成分,用于研究膜联蛋白A2聚集。
生化/生理作用
1,2-二酰基-sn-甘油-3-磷酸-L-丝氨酸或磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)是结构多样的酸性磷脂,在甘油sn位上存在脂肪酸酯。 基于牛脑皮质的PS是有效的脑营养物质。有利于神经传递,可能改善痴呆症患者的记忆情况。PS也是与核膜、髓磷脂、内质网、高尔基体和线粒体相关的主要膜磷脂。合成PS由磷脂酰丝氨酸合酶1催化,此酶通过内质网线粒体相关膜(MAM)结构域中的 L-丝氨酸和CDP-二酰基甘油合成。PS在吞噬过程中外部化,在肿瘤中失调,使其成为治疗靶标的潜在标志物。
一种主要发现于灰质中的代谢缓慢的结构磷脂。

该溶液暴露在室温下每天会分解约 0.5%。
