生化/生理作用

PLC 水解磷脂酰胆碱和其他甘油磷脂上的磷酸键，生成甘油二酯。这种酶也水解鞘磷脂、心磷脂、胆碱缩醛磷脂和神经酰胺磷脂的磷酸键。磷脂酶 C 受凝血酶和血小板活化因子的诱导，形成 1，2-二酰甘油和磷脂酸。
水解磷脂酰胆碱和其他甘油磷脂的磷酸键生成甘油二酯；该酶也可水解鞘磷脂、心磷脂、胆碱缩醛磷脂以及神经酰胺磷脂的磷酸键。

单位定义

一个单位将在pH 7.3的37 °C下每分钟从蛋黄L-α-磷脂酰胆碱中释放出1.0μmole的水溶性有机磷。
