生化/生理作用

白花丹素具有多种药理活性,包括抗菌、抗癌、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗糖尿病、抗炎、降血脂和神经保护活性。它可以抑制信号转导和转录激活因子3 (STAT3) 信号传导,阻止食管鳞状细胞癌 (ESCC) 的增殖。白花丹素在4-硝基喹啉-N-氧化物 (NQNO) 诱导的淋巴瘤应激中可诱导保护性抗氧化功能。纳米乳剂配方中的白花丹素对前列腺癌具有抗增殖作用。
在癌症和啮齿动物癌症模型中表现出细胞毒性;具有抗真菌、抗病毒和抗菌作用。
