一般描述
每个胶囊含有500单位的葡萄糖氧化酶(Aspergilus niger)、100个purpurogallin单位的过氧化物酶(辣根)和缓冲盐。该反应产生棕色的氧化邻联茴香胺。在425-475nm处测量的棕色强度与原始葡萄糖浓度成比例。

PGO酶已被用于:

生化/生理作用
PGO酶用于酶法定量测定水溶液(如血清)中的葡萄糖。通常用邻联茴香胺作为比色底物,在425-475nm处监测反应。葡萄糖氧化酶法消除了干扰物质的影响。一个胶囊的内容物包含100单位过氧化物酶和500单位葡萄糖氧化酶以及缓冲盐。
适用性
经测试适用于葡萄糖的定量。
制备说明
将1个胶囊PGO酶的内容物加入到琥珀色瓶中的100mL水中,制备PGO酶溶液。将瓶子颠倒几次,轻轻摇动溶解。PGO酶溶液应储存在2-8°C。除非产生浑浊,否则溶液可稳定保存长达1个月,在-20°C下至少可保存6个月。
