一般描述

戊四唑(PTZ)为四唑衍生物,是γ氨基丁酸(GABAA)及其受体复合物的抑制剂。 PTZ是用于诱发惊厥的惊厥剂。可穿透血脑屏障。

应用

戊四唑用于诱发斑马鱼幼虫 、小鼠 和雄性Wistar大鼠发生惊厥。

生化/生理作用

戊四唑是非特异性中枢神经系统(CNS)兴奋剂和惊厥剂。PTZ诱发氧化应激,增加皮质内丙二醛含量并影响海马体功能,导致发生惊厥。
