应用

生化/生理作用
蛋白酶通过肽键的水解使蛋白质分解代谢。蛋白酶可被丝氨酸活性位点抑制剂所灭活,如苯甲基磺酰氟(PMSF)和二异丙基氟磷酸盐。 芽孢杆菌分泌的蛋白酶分子量通常为20,000至30,000。Ca2+通常对它们有稳定作用,它们的等电点较高。 它在较宽的pH 值和温度范围内易溶于洗涤剂。蛋白酶可通过高效地清除伤口的坏死物质而改善愈合过程。它广泛应用于衣物清洗剂,用于清除衣物上的蛋白质类污迹。此外,蛋白酶也用于食品、药物、皮革和丝绸行业。它是生物药物产品(包括隐形眼镜酶清洁剂和酶清洗剂)的关键成分。蛋白酶也促进多个生理过程,如蛋白质更新、消化、凝血、受精和细胞分化。它也促进生长、细胞信号传导、免疫反应和细胞凋亡。
