邻苯二甲胺 Free Base 是过氧化物酶底物,适用于ELISA程序。 底物产生可溶的最终产物,其颜色为橙棕色,并且可以在 450nm 下通过分光光度计读取。可以用 3N HCl 或 3M H2SO4 终止 OPD 反应,并在 492nm 处读取。
