聚(脱氧肌苷 - 脱氧胞苷)酸钠盐已用于p65蛋白和neuro-2A蛋白裂解物的电泳迁移位移试验。它还被用作蛋白精氨酸甲基转移酶1(PRMT1)和DNA甲基转移酶1(DNMT1)选择性测定中的底物。
聚(脱氧肌苷 - 脱氧胞苷)酸钠盐已用于合成和表征双(2-(嘧啶-2-γl)乙氧基)烷烃及其药理活性的研究中。聚(脱氧肌苷 - 脱氧胞苷)酸钠盐也已用于研究碳酸钙薄膜在LB/LbL基质上生长。
聚(脱氧肌苷-脱氧胞苷)酸(聚(dI-dC)•聚(dI-dC))是可用作DNA底物的交替共聚物,其可用于评估DNA甲基转移酶(如DNA甲基转移酶1),以及作为双链DNA模型用于DNA结构动力学和药物、小分子、相互作用的构象研究。

    Molecular weight: Polymer size (by agarose gel electrophoresis) is lot dependent with a lower range of less than 150 to 550 base pairs and a high range of 3000 to over 5000 base pairs. Most of the material is between 1200 to 3000 base pairs.
