一般描述

应用
来自酵母的6-磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氢酶已被用于确定细胞裂解物中的己糖激酶(HK)和木糖还原酶(XR)活性。
生化/生理作用
通过测量NAD +或NADP +的减少来确定酶活性。据信高水平的NADPH会抑制该酶,而6-磷酸葡萄糖酸酯则可激活该酶。
单位定义
在存在NADP+的条件下,在37°C下,每分钟1个单位将1.0μmol的6-磷酸-D葡萄糖酸氧化为D-核糖5-磷酸和CO2。
