一般描述

应用
β-内酰胺酶可通过打开β-内酰胺环来使β-内酰胺抗生素失活。 β-内酰胺酶可用于研究抗生素耐药性和耐药性抑制。 产品P4524由阴沟肠杆菌生产,以冻干粉形式提供。
β-来自阴沟肠杆菌的内酰胺酶已被用于母婴定量血液培养,以避免任何残留现象。它还被用作胎盘培养用Mueller Hinton(MH)肉汤的成分。
