磷酸二酯酶 (PDE) 是一种用来破坏磷酸二酯键的酶。磷酸二酯酶 I，产品 P4506 来自西部响尾蛇，用于磷酸二酯酶激活试验钙调素。加入该物质以水解AMP。其是一种膜结合糖蛋白，用于催化多种核苷酸多聚磷酸盐的水解。
生化/生理作用
磷酸二酯酶 I 破坏磷酸二酯键并催化各种核苷酸多磷酸盐的水解。通过磷脂酰肌醇特异性磷脂酶 C 从真核质膜释放磷酸二酯酶 I。
