一般描述
磷脂酰胆碱属于甘油糖脂类,含有胆碱头基。胆碱连接至与主链结合的脂肪酸酯的甘油上。它是真核生物中存在的主要磷脂。
应用
L-α-磷脂酰胆碱已:
- 用于通过脂质体包裹的氯膦酸盐,形成用于Kupffer细胞去除的薄脂质膜
- 作为γ-分泌酶体外测定所用的测定缓冲液组分
- 用于制备5-脂氧合酶活性HPLC(高效液相色谱)测定的底物混合物
生化/生理作用
它还充当脂质信使/生物活性脂质来源,包括:溶血磷脂酰胆碱、二酰基甘油、磷脂酸、溶血磷脂酰胆碱、花生四烯酸和血小板活化因子。磷脂酰胆碱在肝脏中通过CDP-胆碱(胞苷二磷酸胆碱)途径产生。
脑磷脂脑中的主要结构磷脂,包含脂肪总量的约15%;主要局限于灰质。
