生化/生理作用
磷酸二酯酶I可破坏磷酸二酯键并催化各种核苷酸多磷酸盐的水解。 磷酸二酯酶I是由磷脂酰肌醇特异性磷脂酶C从真核质膜释放的。磷酸二酯酶I(PDEI)可以水解3′,5′-环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)和3′,5′-环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)。它与Ca2+/钙调蛋白 (CaM)结合,从而刺激其催化活性。PDEI是一种生物治疗剂,用于治疗癌症、心脏病、肺病、代谢疾病、神经认知异常、肾病、内分泌异常和神经系统疾病。
