单克隆抗PSF(小鼠IgG1同种型)来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和以小鼠骨髓基质细胞系裂解液免疫的C57BL/6J小鼠脾细胞融合而产生的B92杂交瘤细胞。聚嘧啶束结合蛋白相关剪接因子(PSF)是一种广泛存在的细胞核基质蛋白。它的特征是具有两个共有的RNA结合结构域和一个富含脯氨酸和谷氨酰胺残基的异常氨基末端。

生化/生理作用
聚嘧啶束结合蛋白相关剪接因子(PSF)在哺乳动物剪接体中起着关键作用。PSF也是pre-mRNA剪接和转录所必需的。PSF的受限表达表明,它参与控制神经元分化和成熟的特定阶段发生的神经元特异性剪接事件。与PSF特异性反应的单克隆抗体是PSF分子鉴定和功能活性表征的有用工具。
