一般描述
PCR 100 bp low ladder 专为测定聚合酶链反应（PCR）产生的DNA片段的大小而设计。
Sigma 的 PCR 100 bp 低标记包含来自 100-1,000 个碱基的 10 个 dsDNA 片段，均匀分布在 100 bp 的重复序列中。2ul 的梯状物应在凝胶上样缓冲液中稀释，然后上样到琼脂糖凝胶上的单一泳道中。

PCR 100 bp Low Ladder已用于：
