Biochem/physiol Actions

脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)属于分泌蛋白神经营养因子家族。神经营养因子被合成为前神经营养因子(preproneurotrophin )前体,并被进一步转化为促神经营养因子(proneurotrophin),然后转化为神经营养因子。BDNF在发育中的和成熟的大脑中表达。BDNF的影响是通过与TrkB受体和p75NTR受体结合进行调节。BDNF促进的下游途径包括PI3K、MAPK 和 JAK/STAT。BDNF最重要的作用是调节突触传递和可塑性、蛋白质合成和局部蛋白质磷酸化。

General description

不会与 pro-NGF、pro-NT-3 或成熟的 BDNF 发生交叉反应。
脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)基因定位于人类染色体 11p14.1 上。该基因编码前体蛋白proBDNF。成熟的BDNF(mBDNF)是通过proBDNF的翻译后切割合成的。不会与 pro-NGF、pro-NT-3 或成熟的 BDNF 发生交叉反应。

Immunogen

对应于人 BDNF(前体)氨基酸残基 72-88 的多肽。该序列的 16/17 残基在小鼠和大鼠中是相同的。

Physical form
