应用

小牛肠道碱性磷酸酶(CIAP)已用于通过分光光度法评估丹磺酰基-L-苯丙氨酸的抑制作用。 CIAP还被证明能够清除脂多糖(LPS)介导的炎症反应,这在治疗LPS介导的疾病中可能具有重要作用。
来自小牛肠的碱性磷酸酶CIP可去除DNA的5′末端的磷酸基团,有助于克隆技术,防止DNA自连接。它可以被高精氨酸抑制。

生化/生理作用

Sigma不溶性酶是通过使用常规“可溶”酶与惰性基质反应,获得保留原始酶活性的不溶性化合物而生成的。应用几乎不受限制。通过仔细选择“惰性”基质,可产生高活性的“树脂”或“凝胶”,它们与底物在合适介质中的瞬时接触,能够迅速催化酶反应。反应可以在间歇桨液反应器中进行,甚至可以在小柱中进行。无论是哪种情况,不溶性酶都不会污染反应混合物,可以很容易地将其从间歇桨液中滤出或留在色谱柱中。许多不稳定酶在不溶形式下可能会更加稳定。
